3. Enforcement
We use a combination of automated systems, human moderation, and user reports to detect violations of this AUP. Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Remove or restrict access to the offending content
- Issue a warning
- Temporarily suspend the account
- Permanently terminate the account and forfeit any pending balances
- Report the conduct to law enforcement or relevant authorities — see our Law Enforcement Guidelines
We reserve the right to take any of the above actions without prior notice where we believe it is necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service. Suspected human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse is reported to the National Human Trafficking Hotline, law enforcement, and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as applicable, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into such conduct.
4. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or conduct that violates this AUP, please report it using the in-app report feature on the relevant profile, call, or message, or by emailing yoshcallapp@gmail.com. All reports are reviewed promptly and kept confidential to the extent possible.
5. Report Review Process & Appeals
Every report is reviewed by our moderation team against this AUP and our Terms of Service, taking into account the reported content, account history, and any prior violations. We aim to review and act on reports within 24-48 hours of submission, with urgent safety issues — such as child safety concerns or threats of harm — prioritized for immediate review. Depending on the outcome, we may take no action, issue a warning, remove content, or suspend or terminate the account.
If your account or content was suspended or removed and you believe this was done in error, you may appeal by emailing yoshcallapp@gmail.com with your account details and the reason for your appeal. Appeals are reviewed separately from the original decision where possible, and we aim to respond within 5 business days. If an appeal is denied, the original decision remains in effect unless new evidence is submitted that warrants further review.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
